Installation
1.a Pre installation : (For clean installation, optional)
- Make backup with Titanium Backup or other similiar app.
- First wipe cache and data if you are on GB ROM
- If you are on ICS/Custom ROM, make sure you have safe kernel, otherwise first flash it (here is philz safe kernel)and then only wipe cache and data.

1.b Final Installation
- Download ROM, and extract it to .tar file
- Download Odin, open it
- select PDA tab and point to ROM file. Leave Re-partition, pit, CSC, Phone tab unticked (see Image below)
- Switch off device, Put in download mode (Vol down + Home + Power)
- completely close kies, Anti virus if running
- Connect device to PC 
- ID com port shud turn yellow (not shown in image)
Now hit Start


PS:File section name in above image is for demonstration only, you will have according downloaded ROM

After reboot, you will see screen showng android updating, then will install some application.

Cell Phone Detector

The circuit schematic is given in the .rar archive attachment. There are two separate detector units. Every detector unit consists of a dipole antenna, a choke and a diode. The antenna receives the GSM signals in media. Then a small amount of charge is induced in the choke. The diode demodulates the signal and finishes detecting. The diodes must be schottky diodes or germanium diodes. Since the forward voltage of a silisium diode is high, it won’t give a sufficient result in this circuit.
LM358 amplifies the received signal. It contains two separate op-amps that are supplied by a common power source. R3 and R7 resistors determine the gain of the amplifiers. When the resistor values are greater than 10M then the noise level increases. If they are small like about 100k, this time it becomes harder to hear the signal.

The diodes, gain of the amplifiers and the length of the antenna is critical in this circuit. Calculating the length of the antenna is simple. The formulation is given below.
λ=c/f = (300.000km/h)/900MHz =33.3 cm Then; Antenna Length = λ / 2 = 16.6 cm
So there are four pieces of antenna and each one is about 8.3 cm long. The wire type is not critical but its better to choose a fairly thick wire that will not bend too easily. It is a 1.5 mm diameter wire seen in the photo that we used. The two antennas must be positioned perpendicularly.

The chokes are 10 turn molded chokes. The wire diameter should be about 0.5 – 06 mm and wound around a 5 mm cylindrical object.
Diodes are very critical. You should use one of BAT43, BAT45, AA112, AA116 or AA119. When a silisium diode is used the circuit also works but the detecting area becomes very very narrow.

Computer-controlled, Internet Supported Greenhouse Automation

PIC PID Micro-Controller

The system was designed as a peripheral for another processor so it also had an SPI command interface that allowed it to be communicated with on a high level while it controlled the motors on a low level. The peripheral had a serial console that allowed you to tune, test, and drive the robot.
The Board

The Control Loop

We implemented a PID (Proportional, Integral, and Differential) control loop to control the speed of the motors. The speed of the motors is manipulated by altering the duty cycle of a PWM signal generated by the processor. The duty cycle of this signal is known as the control value. below is a functional diagram of the control loop.
PID Flow Chart
The position control algorithm allowed the robot to approach its target distance at any speed. Then, as the target approached, it would slow its speed so that it could stop accurately when desired. This was achieved with a simple algorithm diagramed below.

The motors position was monitored and continuously updated in local variables. Once the motors reached a distance a certain threshold before the desired position, the position control section of the algorithm would command the motors to stop. This would ensure that as the motors slowed down and achieved a speed of zero the robot would be at the desired position. These two systems were independent for the left and right wheel so that they could be commanded to go different distances for turning purposes.
